• Accurately processing and paying supplier invoices
• Reconciling invoices with statements and purchase orders
• Handling supplier queries and building strong relationships
• Keeping vendor records up to date and accurate
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and ledger management
• Confidence using accounting software and Excel
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Great communication and a team-oriented mindset
