Job Description :

Robert Half is proud to be recruting on behalf of a valued client for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, on a temp-perm basis, to join a dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to vcontribute to the daily operations of a fast-paced finance function.

Daily duties:

  • Maintain an up to date and accurate purchase ledger
  • daily cash book maintenance and bank reconciliation
  • Match and post invoices in Sage
  • Set up new supplier
  • Process expense claims and staff purchases
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide holiday cover for sales ledger responsibilities

This is a temporary to permanent role and you must be available to start at short notice. Working hours are 39 hours per week, 7:30-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 - 3pm on a Friday.
