Job Description :

We are proud to partnering with a prestigious performing arts institution based in West London seeking an experienced Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their finance team during a busy period.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate purchase ledger records, processing high volumes of invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day transactional duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Mailbox management
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries

  • Support payment runs and assist with general finance admin

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role for 1-2 years

  • Strong working knowledge of Exchequer finance system

  • Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Immediate availability
