Purchase Ledger Clerk- Lisburn- £27,000+ per annum

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a local Lisburn company and assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will report directly to the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Purchase ledger invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Ensure invoices are received, approved, and paid on time.
  • Cash management and processing
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments and maintaining relationships
  • General accounting duties related to the smooth running of an accounts payable function

Essential Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an accounts payable role
  • IT Proficient
  • The ability to work well within a team
