Purchase Ledger Clerk | £26,000 - £28,000 | Chorley + Hybrid | High-growth business | Fantastic culture and benefitsAxon Moore are exclusively partnering a high-growth business in Chorley as they look to bolster their finance team with the addition of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk capable of hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, end-to-end Accounts Payable position.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing purchase invoices and dealing with queries
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- First point of contact for all complex queries
- Completing BACS and manual payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with audits
- Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
- Implementing/streamlining new and existing processes
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Required Skills and Experience:
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
- Able to build and maintain long-lasting working relationships
- Willingness to learn and succeed
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
