Position:Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Home Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • You’ll input and process all approved invoices, ensuring that they are all in the correct name and have a VAT registration number where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all invoices requiring additional approval are signed off correctly.
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are accurately logged and paid in a timely manner.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and ensuring that all supplier records are kept up to date.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Produce and review creditors reports and account balances reports on weekly basis.
  • you’ll have an analytical mind with excellent attention to detail.
  • you’ll have experience working within a purchase ledger position previously and experience of the property management would be advantageous.
