This is a chance to be part of a vibrant team working in a newly renovated office space, where innovation thrives and collaboration fuels success.An office-based, permanent position and paying £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on if you are AAT Level 3 or Level 4 qualified).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process and post invoices with precision, using correct GL codes and maintaining financial integrity.
- Take ownership of the purchase order system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across operational expenses.
- Resolve supplier queries, manage payment runs, and reconcile month-end statements.
- Keep the statement reconciliation tracker up to date and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Produce weekly KPI reports, identify areas for improvement, and support automation initiatives.
- Prepare cover for weekly payment runs and maintain financial trackers (utilities, repairs & maintenance).
- Review contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in Purchase Ledger and supplier account reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, SUM functions, etc.).
- Quick to learn new systems and comfortable with tech.
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset.
- AAT Level 3 qualification preferred – but experience counts too!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
