Purchase Ledger Assistant | Derry/ Londonderry | Permanent

£30,000 | Pension | Private healthcare

Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to have been appointed to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a fast-growing and exciting business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will work closely with the accounts team and assist with the purchase ledger function of the company.

Roles and responsibilities:

Invoice processing

Accurate matching and coding invoices with job costings

Statement reconciliation

Query resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with purchase ledger in a manufacturing environment
  • 1 + years’ experience within a similar role
  • Experience managing high volume invoices in an organised and efficient manner
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within construction sector (desirable)
