Job title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

We are currently working with an established South-Somerset based business who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is fully office-based with free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities for this Purchase Ledger Clerk role:

  • Match invoices against Purchase orders, PODs & Credit Notes
  • Prepare regular payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank & credit card reconciliations, expenses
  • Set up any new suppliers and deal with supplier queries

Requirements for this Purchase Ledger Clerk role:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger role (essential)
  • Experience with Sage 50 (advantageous)
