Reed Accountancy are partnering with a well-known and successful business in York who are looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Administrator to their rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices to payment stage
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received
- Supplier queries
- Initiating and follow up of invoice queries - dealing with suppliers and internal staff/managers
- Management of GRNI list
- Supplier statement reconciliations
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar finance role i.e. Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using accounting systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Keen to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
