Job Description :

Reed Accountancy are partnering with a well-known and successful business in York who are looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Administrator to their rapidly expanding team.

This position would suit you if you’re seeking a career in a fast paced, growing company and you have keen attention to detail and an autonomous work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase invoices to payment stage
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received
  • Supplier queries
  • Initiating and follow up of invoice queries - dealing with suppliers and internal staff/managers
  • Management of GRNI list
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role i.e. Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using accounting systems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Keen to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
