Job Title: Protection Consultant

Salary: OTE 50K+ (Basic Salary £28,000 - £30,000)

Job Type: Full time (40 hours pw), Permanent

Location: In Person, Office based - Farnborough, Hampshire

As a Protection Consultant at LetsGoCover you will:

• Work on a non-advised basis
• Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)
• Overcome customer concerns
• Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs
• Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the client’s needs
• Sell key benefits of our products and services
• Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process
• Learn and retain product knowledge
• Adhere to FCA guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)
• Ability to overcome common objections (essential)
• Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)
• Excellent verbal communication
• Ambition to thrive in a sales environment
• Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole
• Professional and positive manner
• Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII
• Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines

Prerequisites:

• Clean credit history (any past issues must have been resolved, e.g. “in arrangement”)
• Clean employment references for last 3 years
