Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and provide tailored advice to clients.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Convert valuations into instructions, securing new business opportunities.
• Follow up on warm leads while actively generating new prospects.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch performance targets.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency valuations.
• Passionate about helping people—customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills—able to secure deals with confidence.
• Knowledge of the Chelmsford and surrounding property market is advantageous.
