Think beautifully maintained homes, elegant offices in West London, and clients who appreciate excellence — just like you do.This is your chance to manage a boutique portfolio of around 75 premium properties, delivering top-tier tenancy progression and day-to-day management without the chaos of a high-volume, high-street agency.What you’ll be doing:?? Owning the full tenancy lifecycle — from offers to check-out?? Building strong, trusted relationships with discerning landlords and tenants?? Drafting and managing contracts and renewals with care and precision? Staying on top of compliance and current legislation?? Coordinating repairs and maintenance with professionalism and flair�? Maintaining the high standards of an already exceptional portfolioWhat we’re looking for:? Solid experience in residential property management (tenancy progression essential)? Impeccable communication skills and a calm, polished presence? Organisational finesse and a proactive mindset?
