Property Specialist?? Location: Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 5QN?? Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)?? Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE + Car allowance / milage About the Role We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Property Specialist to join our clients team. Our clients are one of Ipswich's leading property companies located in the town. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives in the property sector, has a keen eye for presentation, and can deliver an outstanding client experience. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality property marketing materials (including photography, videos, and written details), carrying out property inspections, managing check-ins, and compiling accurate inventories. Key Responsibilities

• Produce professional property marketing content, including photos, video tours, and compelling written descriptions.
• Conduct routine and interim property inspections, reporting findings promptly and accurately.
• Oversee tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service.
• Prepare detailed and precise inventory reports.
• Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail in all property documentation.
• Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company standards.

 Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a lettings, property management, or estate agency role is DESIRABLE but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Experience with using a 360 camera is highly desirable
• Strong photography/videography skills with an eye for property presentation.
• Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
