Our client, a reputable law firm based in the UK, is seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor for a locum position in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join a respected firm and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Property Solicitor will play a crucial role in handling a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property matters, providing expert legal advice and support to clients during a busy period and to help cover the holiday season. Full time or part time hours can be considered.

• Handle a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters

• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients

• Ensure timely and efficient management of cases

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 4 years' experience

• Strong expertise in residential and commercial property law

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload

• Competitive hourly rate of £45 to £55 per hour
