Commercial Property Solicitor required for medium-sized law firm in the City. 4-5yrs PQE ideally, with broad experience within Commercial Property. Salary c£80-85k neg.

The team is successful and growing, building on the quality service they provide clients. Your work will be varied, including acting for borrowers in refinancing matters, acting for Landlords and Tenants, granting and acquiring Leases, finance of site acquisitions for developers, business development and networking with clients and utilising your commercial property expertise and knowledge to contribute to the success of the team.
