- Manage a caseload of residential property matters including RTB, RTA, staircasing, shared ownership, and leasehold issues.
- Maintain oversight of the Group’s commercial property portfolio, ensuring appropriate support is in place where required.
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to client departments and maintain accurate records of case progression.
- Work collaboratively across the business to deliver seamless and customer-focused legal services.
- Build strong working relationships with external legal providers, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Contribute to internal training initiatives to improve knowledge and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay current on legislation, regulatory developments, and legal best practices affecting housing and property law.
- Actively challenge and improve legal processes to enhance team performance and service outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant training/experience.
- Professional legal qualification as recognised by the SRA or equivalent body.
- Significant experience of maintaining a caseload of both transactional matters and otherwise (i.e. drafting leases both residential and commercial).
