Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive clear communication and a quality of service that meets their expectations for reported defects throughout the whole journey. Early intervention and engagement are crucial, aiming for quick and satisfactory outcomes. You will identify the root causes of issues and collaborate across functions to minimise their recurrence, upholding the standard of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer issues raised through the service team, ensuring all works meet our high standards. Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and organize necessary resources.
  • Ensure the quality of repairs and adherence to timelines, maintaining customer satisfaction with the actions taken.
  • Always work within the agreed budget, including accurate cost assessments before work begins.
  • Team Collaboration: Build positive relationships with internal teams and external business partners. Regularly liaise with all functions to provide ongoing feedback.
  • Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all practices comply with NHBC standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working, representing the company brand with the highest standards of customer service.

What you need:

  • Strong understanding of build techniques, NHBC standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to manage escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills, capable of adapting to different customer types.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decisive and competent in multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook with a professional and confident approach.
