Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales and/ or customer service role is preferred, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Administrative experience that showcases attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader customer base.
