We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our Property Department. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their legal careers who have an interest in property law. The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support to fee earners, assisting with property transactions and ensuring smooth case management.

• Assist solicitors with a variety of property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence under supervision.
• Conduct legal research on property-related matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions.
• Manage case files, ensuring documents are properly filed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out searches, prepare reports, and assist with Land Registry applications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Property team, including scheduling, photocopying, and document management.

• A degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent qualification (LPC/SQE desirable but not essential).
• Strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (training provided if required).
