• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business.

• Prepare detailed and attractive property brochures with photos and descriptions.
• Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
• Upsell additional products and complete contracts on properties.

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in your career.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and a supportive nature towards management and colleagues.
• Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft packages with strong IT skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
