At Happy Agent, we provide expert outsource property management services to letting and estate agents, ensuring seamless tenancy administration, compliance, and renewals. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our remote team, managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering outstanding service to tenants and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling maintenance, compliance, and tenant queries.
• Tenancy Administration: Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, deposits, and end-of-tenancy processes.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all properties meet UK lettings and property management regulations, including safety certifications and legal requirements.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords, contractors, and tenants.
• Client & Tenant Relations: Act as the main point of contact for letting agents, landlords, and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of your assigned agents and portfolio, proactively managing tasks, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth property management experience.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of property details, inspections, and communications.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in property management or lettings
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership of your work and assigned agents.
• Experience using property management software is a plus.
