Property Manager£28,000-£30,000 plus car allowance circa 2k plus fuelNorth EastIn this permanent, full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the resident experience across our high-quality, yet affordable communities in the North East region (Durham, Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees and Carlisle). With a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, you'll play a pivotal part in driving service excellence, fostering community engagement, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.- Lead and oversee property viewings to drive occupancy and conversion- Maintain asset integrity through regular building inspections- Enhance resident satisfaction by coordinating community initiativesPreferred Requirements:

• Ensure the completion of regular portfolio inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Act as the key liaison with the maintenance helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of repairs and high-quality outcomes
• Proactively identify and escalate community or operational issues to senior stakeholders
• Foster strong, positive relationships with residents and lead the planning and delivery of approved community events
• Support the mobilisation of new assets, ensuring a seamless resident experience from day one

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing management role within the residential property, hospitality, or flexible workspace sectors
• Solid understanding of the residential rental market and key operational requirements
• Demonstrated success in target-driven roles, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
