Property Manager - AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters : Job Details

An experienced and proficient Property Manager is required to join an established East Berkshire independent agency to support a Property Portfolio of 150+ rentals.

Responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, routine property inspections, check outs, supporting maintenance enquiries, co-ordinating approved property works with landlords, tenants and contractors. Rent collection/arrears reviews and financial management will be encompassed within the role, along with associated administrative tasks.

Previous experience working within a Property Maintenance team is essential, along with an appreciation of up to date landlord and tenant legislation. The ability to work independently and juggle ever changing priorities is required and you will have an eye for the details, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The use of the property management system Alto and Propertyfile is desirable along with a full UK diving licence and your own vehicle to fully perform the role.

You will be working within a respectful and team supporting environment and if you are not ARLA qualified, assistance to obtain the recognised qualification will be made.

The position is predominantly worked Monday to Friday with a basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000, plus OTE £34,000 based on performance, referrals and maximising opportunities that come your way.
