Property Manager – Prime Central LondonSalary: Up to £35,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time | Monday–FridayAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join a highly regarded property company in Prime Central London. Managing a portfolio of residential properties, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining high standards, and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is an excellent role for someone with at least 12 months’ residential property management experience who is looking to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of prime London properties
• Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety, EICRs and other statutory requirements
• Conducting regular inspections and providing detailed client reports
• Overseeing tenancy records and deposit management (TDS)
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
• Managing tenancy check-ins, check-outs, renewals and disputes

Skills & experience required:

• Minimum 12 months’ residential property management experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• ARLA qualification (desirable) or willingness to study towards it
• Experience using CFP, Reapit or Fixflo (advantageous)
