Property Manager - Collins Property Recruitment : Job Details

We’re looking for a capable, confident, and self-sufficient Property Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and can hit the ground running. You’ll be the key contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, and will take ownership of all aspects of the rental process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of a residential AST portfolio, including renewals, compliance, and reporting.
• Overseeing repairs, maintenance requests, and liaising with contractors.
• Tenancy progression from referencing to move-in.
• Rent collection and management of let-only tenancies where applicable.
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords.
• Supporting lettings admin and general office tasks as required.

This role is perfect for a Property Manager who is highly organised, solutions-focused, and enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team.

You’ll be based in the Primrose Hill office, with flexibility to accommodate your working style and life commitments. The salary on offer is £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
