Property Manager - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a Marylebone based company who are looking for an experienced Property Manager, to manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties consisting of a mixture of lettings and vacant properties located across Central London. Duties/Functions of the role:

• Dealing with day-to-day property management issues as they arise
• Inspecting vacant properties and reporting back to client
• Preparing properties for rental, including arranging furnishings,
• ensuring compliance, overseeing snagging, and ensuring properties are in full working order
• Liaising with estate agents on lettings and progressing new tenancies
• Carrying out regulatory visits and check-ins on vacant properties
• Assisting with Non-Resident Landlord tax returns
• Managing contractors and overseeing small refurbishments/maintenance projects
• Setting up utilities for vacant and rented properties
• General office administration as required
• Attending networking and marketing events as needed

Requirements of the Role:

• A minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in all aspects of residential property management.
• A general understanding of the London residential property market
