Your remit will include ensuring legal compliance, facilitating a seamless tenant and landlord experience, and upholding the highest standards of property presentation and maintenance.Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of tenancies, from onboarding to renewals and check-outs
• Coordination of maintenance works, contractor instruction, and proactive issue resolution
• Oversight of void properties, ensuring readiness for re-letting with minimal downtime
• Regular property inspections and reporting to landlords with recommended actions
• Utility account management, meter readings, and regulatory compliance
• Financial oversight including rent reconciliation, arrears chasing, and contractor payments
• Supporting the lettings team with deal progression and fostering cross-departmental referrals
• Maintaining accurate property and compliance records using internal systems
• Ensuring ongoing adherence to legislative requirements and best practice standards
