Property Manager - Newstaff Employment : Job Details

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Property Manager to join a successful estate agency based in Hemel Hempstead. 

The role will involve helping to manage the company's residential lettings and property management and will also include the administration too.

Essential Skills:

• A knowledge of Lettings legislation with previous experience in either property management or lettings administration is required.

• Must have excellent customer service skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work under pressure

• Must be organised and willing be able to prioritise

• Must have a flexible, positive attitude 

• Ability to learn quickly and a team player

• A full UK driving License is essential

The Role:

• Tasks to include general admin such as booking in safety certificates and tenancy renewals
• Dealing with maintenance related enquires, liaising with contractors, understanding costs, placing works orders and arranging repairs
• Liaison with tenants regarding check-in and check-outs and dealing with any arising queries
• Negotiating contract renewals 
• All other duties as required

Monday to Friday role

Saary: £28,000 pa to £31,000 pa - Benefits
