Property Manager - Amour Recruitment : Job Details

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work for a growing company based near Fareham

You`ll play a crucial role in their business by managing and maintaining every property in their portfolio.

Duties

• Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
• Conduct routine Inspections
• Conduct the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, closing accounts
• Inventories for ingoing tenants
• Chase outstanding rental income
• Assist with implementing legislation changes

Personal requirements:

• Previous Property Management experience essential
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Awareness of property management processes and legislation
• A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to the role

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 (office based)

Salary: up to £28,500 plus bonus
