Property Manager - Darlows : Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. Competitive Salary:

• Basic salary: £20,000–£27,500 per year (based on experience).
• Additional £8,125 additional uncapped commission.
• Minimum on-target earnings: £28,125+ per year.

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
• Handling evictions and ensuring regulatory health and safety compliance.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints and completing detailed inventory reports during check-ins and check-outs.

We’re looking for motivated individuals with:

• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a property management role (minimum of one years' experience)
• Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
• Proficiency with IT systems.
