Property Manager - Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

An established and growing property management company based in North West London is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team.This is a full-time position, based in state-of-the-art offices with parking available. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.15am-5.30pm. Duties will include:* Management of approximately 200 residential properties, including a significant number owned by the local council* Handling all aspects of property maintenance management* Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and ongoing issues* Coordinating engineers and contractors for property visits* Managing day-to-day property management tasks* Overseeing maintenance and repair work* Communicate with Local Authorities for licenses, potential clients & leasing out properties.Skills and Attributes:* Solid experience in residential property management* Excellent communication and organisational skills* Strong IT skills and ability to use property management systemsIf you are a Property Manager seeking a role where you can truly make your mark and be supported in your role, we want to hear from you today!Know someone perfect for this role?
