Salary: £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience

The main responsibilities of the Property Management Team consisting of: Property Manager, Property Management Administrator & liaising with the Service Charge Accounts Team.
Main duties:
- Manage all aspects of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio circa 200 properties, 400 leases, 80 clients. Rent & Service Charge collection circa £6m pa.
- Arrange maintenance to meet current and expected regulations.
- Maintain a positive, productive and professional relationship with tenants & clients.
- Oversee rent & service charge demand and collection.
- Report to clients on tenant performance.
- Negotiate service contracts with contractors in a professional manner.
- Work with property administrator to ensure property records are accurate and up to date.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets.
- Regular property inspections and tenant liaison.
- Set up financial goals and report periodically on fee performance.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities in all departments.
- Manage small and medium refurbishment projects.
- Liaise with building surveyor on dilapidation and repair notices.
Skill and Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years' proven work experience as property manager
- Proven Landlord & Tenant experience.
- In depth knowledge of all current regulations and best practice guidance for property management.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle.
