We’re working with a respected, independent estate agency currently growing their property management team. With a strong portfolio and increasing demand, they’re looking to hire two experienced Property Managers to deliver high-quality service across a busy residential portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties and being the main contact for tenants and landlords
• Coordinating maintenance issues and managing contractor relationships
• Ensuring compliance with safety checks, certificates and legal obligations
• Conducting property inspections and following up with necessary actions
• Overseeing tenancy renewals and rent negotiations
• Liaising with internal teams across lettings and accounts to ensure smooth operations

As a Property Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your portfolio while delivering a consistently high level of service.

What We’re Looking For:

? Previous experience in property management? Strong verbal and written communication skills? Highly organised and confident managing competing priorities? Comfortable working independently and within a team? Good knowledge of lettings compliance and tenancy processes
