Property Manager - £25,000-£30,000 - Bishopston, Bristol

Our client is a leading Lettings and Property Management agency and they are seeking a Property Manager to join their friendly and busy team in Bishopston.

Job Role:

• Organise all necessary maintenance and repairs for a property portfolio. Monitor rental payments.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to organise tenancy renewals and adherence to all contractual obligations.

• Handling all maintenance issues with tenants and landlords, resolve via approved contractors.
• Liaising with contractors ensuring works are satisfactorily completed, invoicing.
• Resolving all rent payment issues. Confirming lease extensions, manage negotiations and agreements.
• Carry out property visits and inspections.

You will need to:

• Be ready to be busy every day, and stay motivated.
• Use your initiative for problem-solving, see it through.
• Enjoy contributing to a team.
• Have a full driving license.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 OTE per year (dependant on experience & Qualifications)
