Lettings Business Development Manager - Distinct Recruitment : Job Details

Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings BD Manager, someone with a flair for networking, business development and client relationship management to help to expand the portfolio, whilst ensuring the efficient management of existing and new properties.

Basic salary is £30,000 -£35,000with OTE £5-10k

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new landlords
• Engage in networking activity - events and forums
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Liaising with tenants and landlords, resolving issues as required
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and renovations
• Acting as the primary point of contact for new landlords

ABOUT YOU

• Property Management, Letting Negotiation experience is essential
• Business Development/ Sales experience
• Driving licence and own transport
