Junior Property Manager – Alton / PetersfieldBasic Salary: £24,000 + £150 car allowance per monthOTE: £28,424.37 (inc. departmental profit share)Location: 4 days in Alton, 1 day per week in PetersfieldHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pmDriving Licence: Required – mileage covered for site visits This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual looking to break into or develop their career in property management. You’ll join a friendly, forward-thinking team and have the chance to learn and grow in a supportive environment, with the option to progress within the business as it continues to expand. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
• Assisting with maintenance requests and contractor bookings
• Carrying out property inspections (full training given)
• Communicating with tenants and landlords in a professional manner
• Keeping accurate records and helping ensure legal compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Some experience in lettings/property admin, or a strong customer service background
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Driving licence essential – mileage paid for travel
