To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager or Service Charge Consultant, someone who is seeking not just a change of job, but a career revolution. This opportunity is with one of our Account Management teams, delivering lease expense auditing and service charge management to a range of high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, highly motivated, and possess a genuine drive to progress and develop their career with us.

You might be currently working as an Estate Manager or a Surveyor in a property consultancy and looking for a change of role that offers flexibility, great career progression, job satisfaction and the financial rewards you deserve from your success.

Key responsibilities include cost management, reviewing service charge budgets, analysis, and forecasting. You will play a pivotal role reviewing leases, budget comparisons, and challenging expectations to drive efficiencies for our clients. This role is client facing.

  • Ability to critically analyse numerical data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • The ability to negotiate for successful outcomes
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Keen to develop the interpersonal skills to lead a team in time
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Power BI skills are desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In return, we offer a starting salary from £30,000 to £40,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank/public holidays, profit-sharing bonus, life assurance, private health & dental care scheme, company pension scheme, flexible working hours, personal leisure time allowance up to 4 hours per month, and an array of exciting social events.
