Cityus is looking for a Property Admin Executive (Bilingual EN/FR). It's a fully remote position.

We’re growing fast and we're looking for a Remote Property Admin Executive to support our Property Management Team and help us keep delivering on our promise of excellence. You’ll work behind the scenes to coordinate apartment operations across several locations, ensuring every guest stay runs smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing tasks remotely in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour weekly contract.
- Work arrangement: Fully Remote
- Location: United Kingdom
- Permanent freelance position: Applicants should be willing to register their own limited company within 3 months & file their own taxes with HMRC.
- Salary: From £25,000/year and according to experience.
Key responsibilities:
Working as part of our Property Management Team, you'll support the day-to-day running of our serviced apartments across Europe.
Property & Operations support
- Assist property managers in preparing properties before guest arrival (documents, checklists, inventories, etc.).
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and on-site teams in various cities.
- Organise repairs and follow up with suppliers, landlords, and agencies.
- Manage and update our Property Management System (PMS): creating work orders, task tracking, automation.
Issue resolution & reporting
- Handle minor guest concerns in coordination with on-site staff.
- Draft and follow up on damage reports, quotes, and insurance claims.
- Issue history analysis and suggest improvements
Inventory & stock management
- Monitor and coordinate the replacement of items like household goods, welcome kits, or furniture in liaison with the teams on sites.
- Keep inventory lists up to date across regions.
Tech & process improvements
- Help create smart workflows and automation in our internal systems.
- Support onboarding of new tech tools to improve efficiency.
Accounting control and liaison
- Accurate control of various invoices received (repair costs, provider, etc)
- Work closely with our finance team to track payments, invoices, and related documentation.
Who you are
- Bilingual in French and English (written & verbal) – German is a plus
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently
- Curious and proactive, you love improving systems and processes
- Comfortable with technology (MS365, PMS/CRM tools)
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Team player with great communication and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Patience and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you may encounter occasional challenges.
- A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, operations or logistics is a bonus
