Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily management of residential developments.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Responding to enquiries and maintaining positive resident relations.
  • Preparing lease agreements, invoices, and statutory notices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payments, communications, and documents.
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting findings.
  • Assisting with budgets, financial reports, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with lease agreements, health and safety, and company policy.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Collaborating with finance and other departments to ensure data accuracy

Key Requirements

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle resident queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills with colleagues and external partners.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and service excellence.
