To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our team, someone who is seeking not just a change of job, but a career revolution. The opportunity sits within one of our Account Management teams, delivering lease expense auditing and service charge management to a range of high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, highly motivated, and possess a genuine drive to progress and develop their career with us.

Key responsibilities include the analysing, evaluating, and inputting of invoices, updating our in-house database with financial information, requesting outstanding details, and dealing with queries. Plus, assisting with identifying financial errors, and negotiating settlements with landlords or their managing agents.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong office administration experience, property experience preferred
  • Numerate, experience gained within an accounts or finance environment beneficial
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of all MS Office packages - Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable adapting to new systems and procedures

In return, we offer a starting salary from £22,500 to £27,500, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank/public holidays, profit-sharing bonus, life assurance, private health & dental care scheme, company pension scheme, flexible working hours, personal leisure time allowance up to 4 hours per month, and an array of exciting social events.
