Property Litigation Solicitor - AJ Chambers : Job Details

AJ Chambers is working in partnership with a highly respected and long-established firm in Essex, to recruit a dynamic and skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution team.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team, dealing with a varied and high-quality caseload of property litigation matters including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and terminations
• Boundary and rights of way disputes
• Adverse possession claims
• Party wall issues and property damage claims

You’ll work closely with commercial and private clients, delivering clear, strategic advice and robust representation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2-6 years’ PQE, though all levels considered)
• Strong background in property litigation
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• A collaborative team player who values client care and attention to detail
