Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE)

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 Days Office-Based)Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent BonusExperience: NQ - 3 Years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor with experience in landlord & tenant law and property disputes to join a well-regarded top ranked law firm in Central London. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, a supportive team environment, and clear career progression.

The Role:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including:
• Possession claims (section 8 & section 21)
• Lease renewals, rent arrears recovery & service charge disputes
• Unlawful eviction, harassment & housing disrepair claims
• Forfeiture, dilapidation's & breach of covenant matters
• Advising on tenancy agreements and complex property disputes

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop expertise in litigation and work with a dynamic and collaborative team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ - 3 PQE) with experience in property litigation
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with supervision as required
• A proactive and client-focused approach
