Key responsibilities * Assist solicitors in handling property litigation cases from inception to resolution. * Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information. * Prepare and draft legal documents, including court forms, witness statements, and correspondence. * Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. * Liaise with clients, opposing parties, and other legal professional. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property litigation laws and regulations. To be successful in the role you will: * Have previous experience working as a paralegal, ideally within property litigation. * Excellent research and analytical skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in legal research tools and Competent IT skills. * Familiarity with property litigation procedures and laws in a plus. * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
