Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Consult RPM Ltd : Job Details

A large national law firm are looking to expand their Property Litigation team by creating a new role for an Associate to join their team in Bristol.

Our client has one of the highest ranked Property Litigation offerings in the South West and you will be joining a team that has enjoyed continued year on year growth.

You will work closely with a Partner who is a Band 1 leader in the field, advising on a wide range of matters including:

• contractual and development disputes
• dilapidations
• contested lease renewals
• possession claims
• rights to light claims
• service charges
• contested rating appeals
• restrictive covenants and easements;
• telecoms code disputes
• insolvency disputes
• rent reviews
• nuisance claims
• party wall disputes
• boundary disputes

Clients you will work with include Landlords with national property portfolios, tenants, public sector companies, national retailers, developers, investors and charities.

The successful candidate will be an a Solicitor who is qualified in England & Wales with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in Property Litigation with a City or large regional firm.
