Job Description :

Salary – Competitive 

Hours – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 

Holiday – 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), plus 2 days over the Christmas/New Year period set by the firm, plus where your birthday falls on a working day, an additional day for this too.

About the role: 

Our property and lettings team in our Rochester office are welcoming driven and enthusiastic college leavers who are looking to start an apprenticeship. 

You will join a dynamic team and work with a range of different businesses and rapidly gain responsibility whilst at the same time completing your qualification with us.  

You’ll have a dedicated people manager and apprentice support manager and work within a team of like-minded individuals at various stages in their studies.

During the application process you will learn more about each of the different service lines and the roles and responsibilities for each. You will learn how to work effectively in a team, how to build strong and lasting professional relationships and also how to deliver exceptional client service.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • 4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject 
  • highly personable with excellent communication skills 
  • organised, efficient with attention to detail
  • able to work as part of a team 
  • motivated and enthusiastic  
  • able to demonstrate drive and initiative  
  • able to reliably commute to the relevant office
