Property Inspector - Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment : Job Details

We're currently recruiting for a Property Inspector for our Estate Agency client based in Luton.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Property Inspections, Property Management or an Inventory Clerk.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Inspector:

• Basic £28,000 - £30,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm but a day back in lieu
• 5 day working week
• Business mileage paid

Responsibilities for the role of Property Inspector:

• Dealing with property inspections
• Supporting Property Managers to inspect properties
• Compiling reports to send to Landlords and the Property Management team
• Support occasionally on inventories and check outs (full training provided)

Key Skills for the role of Property Inspector:

• Ideally experience in dealing with Property Inspections, Property Management, or an Inventory Clerk
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage your own work schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective team player
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
