Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor specialising in property finance or real estate finance to join their team in Liverpool on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property and real estate finance transactions, ensuring compliance and providing expert legal advice to clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, managing cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate finance, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property or real estate finance
• Knowledge of property law and finance transactions
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases concurrently
