An opportunity has arisen for a Property Finance Solicitor to join the growing team at this successful firm based in the City of London.

The team deals with an array of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, and property development, along with associated property finance, including secured lending and bridging finance. Clients include lenders and borrowers such as banks, corporate clients, investors, and developers.

The role would suit an early career property finance solicitor, or a commercial property solicitor with experience of property finance who wishes to specialise in the area. You will be dealing with a range of property finance work, including secured lending and bridging finance.

Your experienced should include:-

• Qualified Solicitor 
• Secured Lending
• Bridging Finance 
• Acting for both lenders and borrowers preferred
• Ability to handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
