Are you a skilled Property Finance Solicitor looking for an exciting new opportunity within a progressive, ambitious law firm? We’re working with a highly respected legal practice to recruit an experienced and commercially astute solicitor to join their expanding Property Finance team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property finance to become a key part of a thriving and supportive legal team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of property finance matters, working on behalf of both borrowers and lenders, including high street banks, specialist lenders, and private clients.

You’ll work closely with the firm’s Real Estate, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation teams to deliver seamless, integrated advice, while developing strong, enduring relationships with clients in both local and national markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of property finance transactions, including acquisition finance, development finance, bridging loans, and refinance matters

• Act for a diverse client base including financial institutions, specialist lenders, developers, and high-net-worth individuals

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on complex financing arrangements and security structures

• Work closely with internal teams including Real Estate, Corporate and Litigation to deliver comprehensive client solutions

• Maintain excellent standards of client care, ensuring a proactive, responsive, and commercially aware service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other professional contacts

• Assist in the supervision and development of junior team members

• Actively engage in business development and networking initiatives to help grow the team’s presence and client base

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with demonstrable experience in property finance matters

• Strong technical knowledge of property finance law and associated real estate issues

• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills

• Commercially astute, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Comfortable managing a busy, varied caseload independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Confident in developing client relationships and participating in business development initiatives
